Ear Wax Removal
We recommend using olive oil based drops/spray for 2-3 days before the appointment to soften the ear wax. Its not essential to use oil but recommended. The ear wax can still be removed if no oil has been used as both methods of removal are available.

Yes, we start from the age of 4-5 years old. The procedure can be completed safely as long as the child is able to keep their head still for a few minutes and is moderately well behaved.
We offer both Microsuction and Water irrigation ear syringing. We also have manual tools (ear tweezers/hooks) if needed. It is entirely up to the patient on which method they prefer otherwise, once the ear examination has taken place by the Audiologist a recommendation will be made.
We give each patient a 30 minute appointment slot. Majority of the time this is ample time for the equipment to be set up/pack up and procedure to be completed.
The patient will need to be sat on a chair during the appointment. Also access to a socket point for electricity and a sink may be needed.
Yes, just make sure they are present during the appointment and the Audiologist is notified.
We offer home visits all across Leicestershire, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Market Harborough, Oakham, Hinckley, Rugby, Nuneaton, Lutterworth, Stamford and surrounding areas.
Customers can pay by cash, card, bank transfer or cheque once the appointment is complete.
Hearing Care
The Hearing Test is conducted in the patient's home. Ideally a quite room with easy access to socket plugs to connect the equipment.

Yes, we start from the age of 5-6 years old. Headphones will be placed on the child's ears and be instructed to press a response button when they hear a sound.
We offer the very latest Hearing Aid technology over a range of reputable worldwide manufacturers. Some of the companies being Oticon, Starkey and GN Resound.
We offer every shape, size and model available on the market. This could range from Behind-the-ear (BTE), Receiver-in-canal (RIC), In-the-ear (ITE), In-the-canal (ITC), completely-in-canal (CIC), Invisible-in-the-canal (IIC) Hearing Aids.
All of our hearing aids packages vary in prices depending on the manufacturer, model, size and shape you choose. Our prices start from £1500.00 for a basic pair up to £4500.00 for an fully advanced premium pair. After the Hearing Tests, patients will be allowed to trial different models during the appointment.
Our Free Aftercare package is included on all hearing aid purchases. This includes the fitting and all follow-up appointments needed to make adjustments to the hearing aids. The appointments in Leicester are visited with no call out charge, other locations the fee will be applied for travel.
All of our Hearing Aids come with a 5-year Manufacturers Warranty. This does not include accidental damage or loss. The Hearing Aids can be added to your Home insurance contents cover.
